New paper on KDM5C published


Christina's work describes a novel mutation in KDM5C in a male with autism & intellectual disability. We found altered gene regulatory function, but not enzymatic activity or protein stability, by this mutation. This suggests KDM5C may have non-enzymatic roles in gene regulation.
