The Iwase lab grew a little bigger this summer! Visiting PhD student Kanako Oyama (Baba lab, Tsukuba University, Tokoyo, Japan) joined us to perform RNA-seq using eCLIP. She developed the new protocol, performed her experiments, and submitted libraries all in just two months!
